Q: Do I have to charter the entire plane?
A: No, our service brings together individuals to share the cost of the charter. We set a standard price per passenger, and that is what you pay.

Q: What documents do I need to fly to Mexico?
A: As of January 2007, you will need a valid Passport to return to the United States.

Q: Can I request a different departure and arrival time?
A: Our itinerary is a target itinerary. If we can
accommodate a change with the entire group’s approval, we will do so.

Q: How do I get from the Airport to my final destination?
A: We will arrange for ground transportation. Depending upon your final destination, there may be an added fee for ground transportation.

Q: Do I have to pay any Mexican fees upon arrival?
A: Yes, the current cost of the Mexican Tourist Visa is 237 pesos (approximately $22.00 US, which is subject to change).

Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: Call us at 800-418-4613 to make a reservation, or send us an email at info@ensenadaconcierge.com with your name, phone number, tentative travel dates and number of people in your party, and you will be contacted
immediately.

Q: What kind of payment do you accept?

A: All reservations must be made no less than three daysprior to the tentative departure date.

Q: Is there a cancellation fee if our plans change after we make our reservation?
A: There is a 50% cancellation fee within 3 days of the departure date. Fees are non-refundable if a passenger does not show up by the agreed-upon departure time, or is not able to fly for reasons other than a physician-certified medical emergency.

Q: Do you have a ‘Customer Service Contract’ for delays?
A: Air charters leave as soon as all passengers arrive, so we don’t have delays, and never leave you waiting on the airplane to take off. If the flight is cancelled for any mechanical or weather related reason, we will offer a full refund.
